Programme Outline of the KickOff Meeting

5th April 2009

• 9:00-9:45: Registration (Tea and Coffee will be available) 
• 9:45 – 12:30: Welcome Session
• Asian partners will introduce their institution & country details (10-15 minutes for each)Tea Break (11:15 – 11:30)
• EU Partners will introduce their institution & country details (10-15 minutes for each partner)
•  12:30 – 14:00: Lunch Break
•  14:00 – 15:00: Round Table Meeting on “Digital Bangladesh” 
•  Keynote speech on “Digital Bangladesh – an expectation” (Prof. Jamilur Reza Chowdhury, VC, BRAC University)
• Keynote speech on “Digital World – Current State” (EU Partners - see the notice board)
• 15:00 – 15: 30: Tea Break 
• 15:30-17:00: Discussion & recommendation (all partners & guests)
• 19:00 - 21:30: Dinner at Traditional Bangladeshi Restaurant.

6th April 2009

• 9:00 -12:30: Meeting for Mobility Selection (tea and coffee will be available in the meeting room)
• 12:30 – 14:00: Lunch Break
• 14:00 – 17:00: Meeting for Mobility Selection (tea and coffee will be available in the meeting room)
• 19:00 - 21:90: Dinner (Sharaton/floating boat in Burigaonga.. or other river)

7th April 2009

• 9:00 -13:00: Meeting for Mobility Selection (tea and coffee will be available in the meeting room)
• 13:00 – 14:00: Lunch Break
• 14:00 – 18:00: Site seeing (visit to Sonargaon – old capital of Bengal)
• 19:30 22:00: Dinner (BBQ party from the Host institution).
