The implanting partnership will be involved in the following way:
- The University of Sannio : The department of Engineering will have in charge the design of the QMS inside the university according to its structure and related levels of organisation. The Department of Engineering (www.ding.unisannio.it) has a Quality Management System certified according to the ISO 9001 norms and for that QMS Prof. Matteo Mario Savino is the Quality Manager. In Unisannio is also active a University Centre for Quality (www.ding.unisannio.it/cqa/index.html) that will have in charge to show at the applicant how Quality is applied for Higher Educational and Research Activities. The Centre will also cooperate with the applicant for courses desing and development, due its deep experience in teaching on Quality topics
- The University Lumière Lyon 2 : The development of the courses and the implementation of the QMS will be conducted in cooperation with Lyon2 University (Department of Quality, Logistics and Organization - QLIO “Qualité, Logistique Industrielle et Organisation” http://iut.univ-lyon2.fr/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=89). The development of a pilot course based on the principles of the QMS developed, on the Logistics and Supply Chain will be shared with Lyon2 University (Department of Logistics and Supply Chain - http://iut.univ-lyon2.fr/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=36) and will be directed also to design the administrative and financial operators.
- The Chian Mai University: The visits to the two EU partners by the CMU delegation will be conducted according to a shared program. In particular in University of Sannio CMU will see how a QMS works in the research project and administrative activities, while in Lyon2 University CMU will see how an educational activity is designed and delivered in a Quality Oriented Environment
Other stakeholders
As mentioned above the other stakeholder of the project will be
- Students of the university. They will see a different way to approach the didactical activities and will be involved in some of the phases foreseen in the QMS (like satisfaction questionnaires, etc.);
- SMEs, Firms and Industries that have contract research with the university or that are partners in research project. They will be involved in the implementation phase of the project with the role of customers of the university;
- Equipments suppliers of the university for research and educational activities, with the role of agree with the requirement of the Quality Management System in terms of level of service, quality of equipment and so on;
- Public bodies; like national and international agencies that publish call for tenders. They will see how the design process of a project works and will be able to have in each moment the possibility of measure the quality of the results obtained and the progress of activities.
