• Overall objective(s): Promote Quality Culture for Academic activities,enhance the continuous improvement and enhanced-led evaluation in Academic activities, develop QA models for Academic Institutions

• Specific objective: Develop a Quality Assurance System for Higher Education and Research Activities, improve the level of service for users and other stakeholders of the University

Estimated results :
Direct deliverables of the project are: A Manual of a Quality Management System applied to Higher Education and Research activities, with related modules. Quality Audit programs, Audit reports, Corrective and preventive actions reports, Management review program, Management review report. The Quality Management System with seven procedures, a dedicate structure (Ateneum Quality Centre) to enhance and develop the culture of Quality inside and outside CMU

Main activities : SQUARE Project is composed of the following six workpackages
(1) Project Management,
(2) Quality Management System course for Ph.D and Lecturers development;
(3) Course for operative development of Quality Managers;
(4) Academic staff relocation in EU;
(5) QMS development and test in CMU University;
(6) Dissemination
