College of Arts Media and Technology (CAMT)
The College of Arts, Media and Technology (CAMT) is an autonomous college under Chiang Mai University. It was established to support the strategic development of human resources in Northern Thailand, equipping them with knowledge and expertise in technology and information systems. The college aims to enhance competitiveness on an international level, with a focus on the development of the tourism industry, handicraft industries, and the software industry in the Northern region.
Guided by the philosophy of “producing graduates, postgraduates, and doctorates who can utilize knowledge at an international level,” CAMT actively contributes to fostering a knowledge-based economy and society

The college features modern classrooms and laboratories, as well as a Digital Innovation and Technology Center, which enhances the learning experience and supports students in achieving greater efficiency.
Student Regulations
To ensure that Chiang Mai University students dress in an orderly, appropriate, and presentable manner that is socially accepted, brings honor and dignity to both the students and the university, and aligns with the university’s educational management, students are required to comply with the “Chiang Mai University Regulations on Student Uniforms, B.E. 2555 (2012).

Chiang Mai University Regulations on Discipline and Disciplinary Actions
- All students must display their student ID card at all times while on the college premises.
Attire must reflect professionalism, be appropriate for the occasion, and show respect for the institution.

Business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Student Health Service Rights
- Student Health Service Entitlement
Students who have paid their tuition fees (excluding international students) are entitled to health services up to 20,000 THB per academic year. This service can be used after utilizing their primary healthcare coverage. - Universal Health Coverage Rights
All first-year students must register for Universal Health Coverage at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital on the reporting day, without the need to change their household registration. - Direct Billing Rights
Students who are children of government officials and under 20 years old can receive medical services without upfront payment, provided they present their national ID card. - Medical Services
- General illness during office hours: Students can receive treatment at the Chiang Mai University Health Center or the Outpatient Clinic of the Department of Family Medicine.
- Illness outside office hours: Students can receive treatment at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, following the specific service procedures.
- Accident cases: Students who experience an accident can receive treatment at the Emergency Unit of Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, subject to specific conditions and procedures.
