CAMT CMU Advances Organizational Quality with Workshop Focused on TQC Standards and Operational Efficiency

The College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University (CAMT CMU) held a hands-on workshop titled “Developing Work Processes and Key Performance Indicators to Enhance Operational Efficiency Towards TQC Excellence.” Designed to elevate work systems, boost staff potential, and prepare the organization for Thailand Quality Class (TQC) standards, the initiative focused on delivering in-depth practical knowledge through targeted discussions and intensive workshops, driving CAMT CMU toward organizational excellence and a culture of continuous adaptation.

Key highlights of the workshop included:

• KPI Unlocked with SIPOC Framework: Asst.Prof.Jirawit Yanchinda, Ph.D. served as the keynote speaker, providing deep insights into defining effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), setting clear targets, and measuring outcomes to align with strategic goals.

• Interactive Leadership Session (“Leader on the Spot”): A simulated press conference and interactive exchange utilizing the Mentimeter platform allowed staff to engage directly with the executive team, address key operational questions, and share constructive ideas for quality improvement.

• Commitment to TQC Excellence: The event underscored CAMT CMU’s strategic push to adopt recognized quality criteria, strengthen internal workflows, and build an agile organizational structure prepared for future transformations.

The workshop took place on September 29, 2026, at Wintree City Resort Chiang Mai.
