
The Digital Technology Innovation and Management Center (DITC), College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University, welcomed Assoc.Prof.Wachira Wongtanasarasin, Associate Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine, alongside executives and faculty members from the Department of Emergency Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, on the occasion of their visit and discussion on future academic collaboration.
The visit aimed to exchange knowledge and experiences while discussing approaches to developing instructional innovations, focusing on applying modern digital technologies and educational innovations to enhance teaching efficiency and practical emergency medical training for maximum student benefit. On this occasion, college executives guided the delegation through research labs and innovative works under Experience Studio, including the ICAT Digital Twin & Immersive Reality Lab, NAPLAB Studio, and other laboratories.
Through these discussions and lab tours, both organizations identified ways to combine creative digital technology expertise with medical knowledge, paving the way for concrete academic collaboration and joint development of innovative medical educational media in the future. The event took place on August 6, 2026, at the College of Arts, Media and Technology Building, Chiang Mai University.
