KIND by CAMT CMU Partners with BAAC to Conduct the 1st Knowledge Management Standardization Project Activity based on ISO 30401 for Accounting Year 2026

On Thursday, August 6, 2026, the Knowledge and Innovation Development (KIND) Center, College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), advanced the organization toward international standards by organizing a workshop titled “Introduction to ISO 30401: 2018” to establish knowledge management standards for the 2026 accounting year at the BAAC Headquarters, Bangkok.

The event was honored by Asst.Prof.Achara Khamaksorn, Ph.D., Assistant Dean for Knowledge Development and Innovation / Head of KIND Center, who led the team in imparting in-depth knowledge to BAAC executives and representative personnel driving KM. The training focused on elevating organizational potential across 4 key dimensions:

• KM Gap Audit: Evaluating and analyzing knowledge gaps for targeted development.

• Leadership & Policy: Strengthening leadership roles, policy formulation, and effective KM communication.

• RACI Matrix: Structuring and clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of the KM committee.

• Standard Manual: A workshop on creating a knowledge management manual according to international standards.
