KIND by CAMT Partners with AOT to Capture Lessons Learned for Retiree Knowledge Retention for Fiscal Year 2026

The Knowledge and Innovation Development Center (KIND), College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University, led by Asst.Prof.Achara Khamaksorn, Ph.D., Assistant Dean for Knowledge Development and Innovation / Head of KIND Center, along with the working team, conducted a project to extract lessons learned and create media for knowledge transfer and retention of retirees for Fiscal Year 2026 for Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) on August 4, 2026, at Don Mueang International Airport, Bangkok.

This initiative featured interviews and video recording to extract in-depth knowledge from Mr. Wichit Kaeosaitiam, Director of Don Mueang International Airport, capturing his management experience, analytical and decision-making skills, as well as organizational management perspectives across various dimensions. The extracted knowledge will be compiled into a repository and produced into learning video media, serving as an essential tool for transferring and passing on best practices to future generations of staff at Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited.
